• Fully completed application.
• Letter of employment stating annual salary, position and length of employment.
• Three most recent, consecutive pay stubs.
• Must recent bank statement.
• Tax return from last year, front page and signature page (to substantiate income).
• A photocopy of a Photo-I.D. and Social Security Card from all applicants    
• $50 application fee (per-applicant)
